You know, paying us.

What am I charged for?

We charge a modest fee for our services. We could do this for free, but we don't want to invade your privacy. Each phone on your account is billed separately.

What are the limits of your services?

Anything that's not crazy we're fine with. Our usual hardcore user has 62 minutes of voicemail each month. If you're pulling in like 500 minutes a month we'll probably ask you what's wrong.

How and when am I charged?

We process your credit card with Stripe and charge you at the beginning of every billing period.

What happens if I stop paying?

We'll still process your voicemails and ask you to remove the call forwarding to us. If it's a couple months and you still haven't removed the forwarding we'll probably cut you off.

How do I cancel my account?

While you're logged in, go to Settings > Subscription and click "Cancel subscription".

It will beg you to stay and you can choose to stay if you want to. Otherwise you can break the hearts of entrepreneurs everywhere and continue to cancel. Your subscription won't renew.

You'll still have access to your account and voicemails, and you're expected to disconnect the call forwarding as soon as possible.
